The 2026 requested Fair Share Donation is $1170 per student.

The actual cost to provide the Marching Band & Color Guard program is more than $1600 per student.  This includes instructional staff, music licensing, show design, workshops, uniforms, show shirts, equipment, competition entry fees, transportation and meals at competitions, and the Championship overnight trip. 

​

The remaining cost is covered through the Branham Music Boosters' fundraising efforts, company matching funds, sponsorships, and generous community support. Every family is encouraged to participate in fundraising to help bridge this gap and keep the program accessible for all students.

Branham High School Music Boosters is non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID#32-0093293), and a lot of our extra support comes from company matching. Please contact your employer to inquire, and email the bhsmbtreasurer2@gmail.com if you have questions.

You may donate the Fair Share in full ($1170), 4 monthly installments ($292.50), or please contact Mr. K or bhsmbtreasurer2@gmail.com about a custom Fair Share donation plan based on what your family is able to contribute.
